    Time picker widget does not work in mobile devices.

    Hi, the Date Picker Widget by JotForm is not touch ready or is it just my device?

    Hello kucanskiposlovi,

    I did test your last edited form and I am not able to replicate the issue you are having. Time picker seems to display correctly in mobile devices. Please check the screenshot below:

     

    Have you embedded your form in any webpage where it is not working? Please share the webpage URL and we will take a look.

    The problem is not that it is not showing. The problem is that the buttons and fields where you adjust hours and minutes are not responsive to touch. Using Samsung Galaxy s3

    Hello kucanskiposlovi,

    I did check your form again and it seems you have deleted the Time Picker widget already. Your form only have Large Time Picker widget. 

    I did test the "Time Picker" widget in one of my own form and I am able to replicate the issue you are having. The hour & time button does not seems to work on mobile devices.

    I am reporting it to our backend team. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update from them.

    This is now fixed. You can edit the time picker using your mobile device.
