My Form Submissions are not Working Successfully

    Jotform allows to complete the form but then there's no submission form. I am not receiving my submissions

    Hi there,

    According to my checks, the related email address "vtrayham@gmail.com" has been receiving email submissions without any issue. Please, see its mail log from the below:

     

    At that point, you need to be sure that your mail provider is not blocking our messages. To do that operation, you need to communicate with your server administrator. Ask them to whitelist our addresses. Please whitelist following addresses:

    amazonses.com   
    email.amazonses.com
    noreply@jotform.com

     

    Alternatively, you can use the SMTP method to send your emails with using your server, so you can beat that problem completely.

    To do that, please follow the instructions from How to Setup SMTP for a form page.

     

    Also, please don't forget to check your Spam, Junk or Promotions folders on your mailbox. If the problem consist, please let us know.
