    Hi

My forms no longer say that they are secure. Although when trying to embed it, it says that ALL forms are secure?? Even when I open the form up in another window it will not say it is secure. It does not have the green lock on top. All my forms used to be secure but now it doesn't show that.

    Please help!!!!!

    Thanks

I checked your account and previewed the forms. I can see that the forms are still secure. Although there is no green lock, as long as the URL has "https", this means that the form is secure.

Yes, this is because before you needed to make your forms secure, then the URL was changed to a secure one(https) and the word "secure" was added, now as your forms are secured by default your forms are loaded using a secure URL(https).

You may also add a secure certificate seal to your form, to do it just follow this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/131-Enabling-Security-Certificate-Seal-on-Secure-Forms

If I'm correct this is the link to your form: https://form.jotform.com/41626135390148

I see it is loading using a secure URL.

Could you please provide us a bit more about your issue?

You may also try using a custom URL, to see if it loads your form using a secure URL: http://www.jotform.com/help/261-How-to-create-a-Custom-URL-of-a-form

I need it to have the green lock screen button on the top corner of where
you write in your url. If it does not have the green lock button people
will not donate at all because google says it is not secure.
    Why is this happening?????????????????

Having no green lock icon on the top corner does not mean the page is not secure. If it has 'https' then the page is still secure, it just means that the browser is not displaying the pad lock.

You can try what my colleague suggested and create a custom URL to see if the browser loads the pad lock icon. How to create a Custom URL of a form?
