I am an addition user set up to view submissions.
There is no data showing and I can only see the data when I download the PDF as a whole report - not individual DPF's.
Please can you provide a solution for this?

I checked your account and see that the submissions data is not there. Have your main user transferred the data to our EU data center?
Could you please ask to follow the process once more?
Add you as a sub-user and allow you to see the submissions only, if it does not help, please do let us know here, we will be glad to assist you.
