ALso - I want to layout the top of the form like this and I cant do it right Ive spent hours trying:

$PRICEHERE         BOLD NAME OF TICKET/DONATION TYPE
Description of the ticket/donation type here lalalalalalalala Price box right here. Not wide though - normal avg size.

or we could put all the text to the LH and the box aligned to the RH after the text?

I am not quite sure if I am understanding the layout that you have.

But based from the current design you have, I have adjusted some of its elements.

Here's my cloned form: https://form.jotform.com/60674478924973. I have cleaned up some of your CSS code, I adjusted the credit card information and the text box for the amount field of each donation. You can clone my form by following this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL

You seem to have a very specific layout for your form so please disregard the other replies I mentioned about resetting your design, unless you want to actually reset it and start over.

For the design or layout issue, you can refer to this post to avoid confusion and so that we can continue helping you with the current CSS code that we have.
