Error when copying data from one page to another

Hello,

I am encountering an error when I try to have my form automatically copy data entered on a previous page into fields on a second page.  This is strange because I have 6 fields that I'm doing this with - 3 of them work fine but 3 of them have a problem.

Details:

I created a form with 2 separate pages: the Corporate information page (page 1) and the Facility information page (page 2).

Page 2 must only be filled out if response to the last question on page 1 is "Yes: I have one Shop that I want to start certifying now."

If the answer to the last question on page 1 is "Yes" then the user will have to fill out page 2.  The top half of page 2 is supposed to copy the top half of page 1 into it.  For example, "Name of Shop" on page 2 is supposed to be "Full legal name of company" on page 1.

Attached is a table showing all of the relationships and whether they work or not along with a screenshot showing the Primary Shop contact field (works okay) and the 3 fields that are having problems.  Note that the Primary Shop contact phone number is supposed to be "0123456789" as that's what I entered into the Primary corporate contact's phone number.

I'm using the exact same Conditions for the fields that work okay and the fields that do not work.  I've tried replacing the fields and redoing my Conditions.  But I still have the same errors.

I have tested your form and I was able to replicate mentioned issue. 

To resolve this, selected each condition that is not passing data and set Calculate a fields's value option and set field value from 0-9 to A-Z. 

After you made this changes correct values will be passed to your second page.
