How do you create labels that only show up in response to Yes answers that ask further info?

I am asking if the purchase being made is a gift. answers: no; yes, this is a gift to ____________________ who __________________________.  So I'dlike for the blanl lines to show up as empty fields that can be filled by the purchaser.  Otherwise, they look clunky, and also like a sleasy suggestion that a gift shd be given.

Yes, that's possible with JotForm. With the use of Hide/Show Conditions you can hide and show certain form fields depending on answers from other fields.

Here's a sample Hide/Show Conditions: http://form.jotform.me/form/20537782320450?, you can clone this form to view its conditions.

To access Hide/Show Conditions, please follow this steps:

    1. Click Setup & Embed

    2. Click Conditions

    3. Select Hide/Show a Form Field, you can also click saved conditions to view existing conditions.

Hope this helps. If you need further assistance, please message us here. Thank you so much!
