    Dear JotForm team,

Many of our contacts have inquired about the possibility to sign up for recurring donations on our website to that they don't have to go in every month and make a small donation.

The idea is that someone can choose to either make a one-time donation or a recurring donation if choosing a recurring donation it can be linked to their bank account/creditcard/paypal, etc. so that the indicated funds are automatically withdrawn each month.

We have tried to figure out how to do this and even found on your FAQ platform a guide but were unable to follow all the steps.

Please advise us on steps to take by writing to anell@inspiredr.org and copying adam@inspire.org

    Best Regards,

    InspireDR Team

If you will use Custom Donation/Payment, there is no means to make it a recurring donation/payment. Custom Donation payment is a one time process.

BUT if you will use the sell Subscription Payment option similar to what was described on the user guide , there is the option to make it a recurring payment option.

the one thing that is lacking in Subscription Payment option is that you cannot use custom amount input similar to Custom Amount/Donation.

If you need to have both feature, you will need to use 2 different form instead and then use conditions that will allow the form respondent to only use 1 of the 2 available payment method.
