Why will my changes not save?

    Hello,

I copied my registration form that I created for last summer and modified it for my spring clinic. However, the only change that will save after hitting save is the name of the form. None of the information in the body of the form save.

    Thoughts?

Apologies for the inconvenience. May we know if you are still experiencing this problem? I checked your form and it seems like you are continuously editing it.

May we know which specific part of your form is not saving? I cloned it and tried it in my account but was not able to replicate the problem. Here's a screencast showing my edit in the cloned form:

Please do also try using a different web browser and if the problem persists there. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Yeah, I tried a new browser and it still didn't work.
I can edit it, but when I save and try to see the preview, it doesn't show
    the updated work.
I will have to recreate the whole thing...frustrating!

Like @Charlie, I'm also not able to reproduce the issue you're having as I was able to edit the form and save the changes.

If what you're trying to edit is the one in Text, please be noted that you need to click the "Complete" button first so the changes will be saved.

If this is not what you're trying to change, can you help us understand your concern more by giving us more details, please?  Like, what specific changes would you like to be applied to your form?

We will wait for your response. Thank you.
