Unable to generate thumbnail in MUSE

I am creating a redirect after a code submission in Muse but the form will not generate a thumbnail.  I tried to use iFrame embedding as well.  No luck.

I am not quite sure what thumbnail you mean, but I do presume that you are thinking about the preview shown on the Thank you page when you place the link where the page should go if the conditions are not met?

If that is true, then please do note that conditions will not show you the same - this only happens within the thank you page setup.

Now on another note in regards to the conditions, you could (and I would suggest) to place the link to "access-failed" page as your default thank you page. Then your first condition will simply redirect people that meet the condition, leading to lower number of conditions and making sure that everyone that does not meet it goes to failed page as default.
