How can I get my form to work?

I believe I'm currently having a problem with my logic rules at the moment.

At the moment, I'm happy with how everything works until after you answer yes to the question do you have children.

The next question that pops up is how many children do you have? Based on your answer is how many times certain fields will show up. Currently it's set to show 4 different fields (numbered and listed below) when you click that you have 1 child, however, none of these fields are displaying.

    - 39. Child's Full Name

    - 40. Child's Info

    - 41. Has this child been baptized?

    - 43. Has this child been confirmed?

Does anyone know what my problem is? If I can fix it, I can finish the remainder of my form. I believe the problem is coming from the logic associated with the question before having certain items hidden.

I have inspected your form and I think that mentioned conditions are not working because there is conflicts between some of your conditions.

For example your condition "Do you have children" is equal to Yes is set to hide other fields. Also you should not set condition to hide multiple fields and show single field. If you disable that condition mentioned fields should be shown.

Here is my demo form where I disabled mentioned condition: https://form.jotform.com/60676526870969

Here is my other cloned form where I added conditions for each child option:

    Feel free to clone it.

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
