First of all, why was my account flagged as having something to do with "phishing"? I wouldn't even know how to do that, and I certainly never would. So far we've only created forms for a website that isn't even live yet, and we're certainly not trying to trick anyone or do anything illegal - it's a rental application for a property management company.
Second of all, why didn't you, AT THE VERY LEAST, send out an email informing us that there was an issue with our account so we could address it? Simply taking down our forms with no notice is not only unprofessional, but we didn't find out for days until the client asked us why his forms were no longer showing up, so we had no idea there was even a problem.
Third, what steps do we need to take to fix this problem, and how can we avoid issues in the future? I would sincerely hope that you revise your policies in such a way that you can at least inform your customers when there is an issue - an auto-generated email would be extremely easy for you to set up, and I'm baffled why that isn't already the case - and provide them with instructions on how to rectify the situation if they think it's in error.
While we are currently using a free account, once our client's site goes live, we will need to move to a paid plan, but if this is the way you treat your customers, we will be looking into other options.

I have checked your account and it is auto suspended by our Phishing Detector tool. We have Phishing Detector that allows us to automatically suspend thousands of forms created everyday for phishing activities such as stealing credit card information, social security numbers, login credentials, child pornography, etc.
I have inspected your forms and they are not used for phishing , so I have activated your account.
Most likely our Phishing Detector autosuspended your account because of Title me forms and Untitled form. Those forms are blank, so I would suggest you to delete them.
When form is autosuspended by our Phishing Detector, we do not sent email to our users.
