Why are my submissions not showing all of the details?

I have a form that has 3 columns that different boxes need to be checked.  When I am receiving my submissions report via email and when I log in and click on the submission one of the columns data is not being sent to me.  What do I need to do to fix this?  This is a very important part of my online form and is causing a lot of problems for me.

I cloned your form and made some test submissions. I checked the submission data and I can see that all of the fields are displayed without any issue. After investigating your submission, I can see that the Auto-hide empty fields is checked.

If the column is empty, then this might be the reason why you are not seeing some of the column data. If you want to show all of the fields, simply un-check the Auto-hide fields options in your submissions page.

Do let us know if you need further assistance.
