Upload Field issue when adding docs

    We recieve constant complaing on the forms adding files feature tends to not work all the time.

    What is JotForm doing about this and are you planning any improvements?


    Do you have an other widget/plugin except the ones that are displayed to better handle this ?

    I have test it on your website here , but so far I could not reproduce a problem.

    Can you please describe more what  exactly was not working on the uploading of docs to using your form? It will help us investigate the possible cause of issue if we know more details about the encountered issue.
