hi, I've requested help on this previously but no answer was given. Here's a link to my form:

    https://www.jotform.com/sfaxa/registerjackgroup

Im using the form submission viewer to display the form responses. One of the fields is a photo submission field which I (believe) I have setup for Dropbox to avoid bandwidth issues with you guys. However, the pics are still not displaying on my site.

Mm an you please help resolve?

Yes, this is because you have exceeded the bandwidth limit, if you have integrated your form with Dropbox you need to share those links instead of the links to JotForm, we would need to get all the links to reset the counter, and check if this has not been requested before as we can do this only once in a lifetime.

Please, provide us the links that you are not able to see and we will check them for you.

Hi Kevin_G, Thanks for the response - perhaps I'm not communicating clearly because your proposed solution doesn't solve the issue I'm trying to describe.

If you go to this page:  http://www.sfaxa.org/jacksgroups

View the image location for any of the listed groups and you will see that the images are STILL being hosted at jotform instead of with Dropbox.  This is despite my having set up Dropbox storage for photo upload field.  Perhaps my Dropbox setup is incorrect?  Why are images submitted through my jotform form still being stored from jotform when I've got the Dropbox storage activated?

A further question... If the uploaded images are stored in Dropbox and (thus) viewed from Dropbox when displayed on my website, will that solve the bandwidth issues you mentioned?

    Thanks for your help!

The images in your page are being display using this application:

    views.jotform.io

    views.jotform.io/list.php?id=53554969700161

The images viewed there are hosted from our servers.

Forwarding your submission data and files to Dropbox does not change where these files are hosted from.  It only creates a copy of the image in your Dropbox account.  The images viewed via the views application are the ones attached to your submission.  There is no way to replace them with the Dropbox file instead.

If you upload the files to dropbox then add them directly to your web page, rather that using the views.jotform.io app, they would then be hosted and loaded from Dropbox.  As long as you are using views.jotform.io, the files used will be the ones from your JotForm account.
