When I get the submissions, how do I get the entire document/form not just the question and answer fields?

I currently am only getting an email submitted with just the question fields and the answers. Is there a way to receive the entire form/document they filled out with their answers and signatures? I will need to store these for my company's records. Thank you!

If you wish to print the form as it is, but with the form fields filled out. You can try following this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/335-How-to-print-a-form-exactly-as-it-is-when-viewed-but-with-the-user-entered-data.

Basically, you'll add an edit link to your email notification that will be sent to you, from there, you can open the edit link in a new tab and you can simply right click->Print. You can then save the filled out form as a PDF file.

You can also take advantage of the "Customize PDF" feature that allows you to format the layout of your PDF submission, however, please note that this will create a fixed layout, similar to a paper printed form. This means the layout of the PDF will not adjust based on your form fields content. You can find that option under the "Get PDF" button in your submissions page.
