Hello my name is duke knight i am writing this email to request the IP address of your mail server as we have recently implemented a service called spam cloud for one of our clients EASA in Darwin northern territory Australia they use jotformpro for one of the programs they run called Drink Driver Education so people can self enroll.
However since we as their IT service provider implemented spam cloud they have stopped receiving enrollment emails.
So could somebody from your team do me a huge favor and please tell me what the ip address would be of the mail server sending emails on behalf of EASA DDE so i can white list it and get mail flow working again.

In addition to that, I've checked your email address Your email address, email@example.com is IN our bounce list.
Reason(s) : smtp; 554 4.4.7 Message expired: unable to deliver in 840 minutes.<454 4.7.1 <firstname.lastname@example.org>: Relay access denied>

I removed it from the bounce and unsubscribe lists.
