http://www.saviorhomeservices.com/schedule-service/ is the page that I am having issues with. The main form in the page does not show on mobile along with the one in the footer. I have tried making the form responsive, using the jotform embed plugin, using an IFrame (This causes other issues). Please help.

    Hello saviorhs,

I did check your webpage where you have embedded your form and found that you have used your form's source code as embed method. There seems to be some code conflict between your form script and other scripts of your webpage. This is causing your form to not work even in the desktop as well as mobile.

Please be noted that for your form to be mobile responsive, we recommend to embed your form using its iFrame embed code and that should solve your problem. The following guide should help you on how to grab your form's iFrame embed code:  http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

Do let us know what other issues you face with iFrame embed code and we will surely try to help you.

We will wait for your response.

    Thank you!
