I built several forms for my clients to look at, took me hours, and today they are gone. When I relaoded them, it said disabled. I received no word from jotform, and am now in big trouble with clients who think I did nothing for them and will not trust jotform for any reason now. so unprofessional.

Upon checking your account I found that it's suspended by our anti-phishing system. We have automated anti-phishing system which scans all forms and mark them with probability of being used for phishing activities.
You have a form "Change Password" where you have not added any form fields which makes it suspected of being used for phishing.
I have deleted this suspected form and activated your account. Do try to sign in to your account and get back to us if you have any trouble.
