URGENT: Why won't my form submit to my email?

    Everything is set up and I have areas that are needed to be filled out. Everytime I properly fill out the form, there is an error or it won't go through. Then when I click on the submit button continuously, please wait comes up and stays there forever. Please help.

    I cloned your form and was able to replicate the issue. I was unable to submit the form. It appears that the issue is caused by the Terms and Conditions widget. To resolve the issue, I suggest you delete the terms and conditions widget.

    Then re-add it again to your form.

    You should now be able to submit the form without any issue.
