The form doesn't send submission emails.

    HI

    I just want to ask about a problem with the form below. When someone use it, we don't received it on our email /orders@telematic-bg.com/ wich is referred as a recepient. The mail is received only by the sender. The other forms are working correctly /for example https://form.jotformeu.com/43092894768370/.

    We will be glad if you can help us.

    Hello Telematic,

    Upon checking our records, I found that your email address ended up in our bounce list for following reasons:

    Result: orders@telematic-bg.com is IN the bounce list

    Reason(s) : smtp; 554 5.7.1 Service unavailable; Client host [54.240.9.134] blocked using dnsbl.sorbs.net; Currently Sending Spam See: http://www.sorbs.net/lookup.shtml?54.240.9.134

    I have now removed your email address from our bounce list and it should work fine now. I would suggest you to please test your form again and see if you receive the submission emails correctly.
