How can I add Google Analytics to my form?

    I would like to know where most of my orders come from by embedding a Google Analytics Form. How do I do this?

    You can use the Google Analytic widget to track your forms.

    JotForm also has Form Analytics where you can see how many people viewed your forms, how many responded, and where the traffic is coming from.
