Form Not Updating - I Want Compensation

    Consider this ...

Update a form ... save it ... refresh on website .... no update shown to embedded form ... clear cache in browser i.e. Shift F5 ... clear cache in Settings on Jotform ... refresh website .... embedded form not updated ...

Does this scenario ring a bell?

Jotform not updating in real time?

I look like a massive twat in front of my client ... because your service does not deliver on its promise.

Don't tell me ... its a data lag ... and everything will be OK in a bit.

But it's not OK is it ... once again this service has undermined my business.

It doesn't work. Its not fit for purpose. Its not market ready.

I would be grateful for a response but not one where you say Sorry. If you are sorry ... give me money. The sentiment is useless

    What is the problem?

    Regards Mark

Can you share us the form URL? Are you still not seeing the updates on the form? If it's not showing up the updates, it's either a delay by the specific form or by the entire replicating process on our servers. I just sent an alert to our developers about this. I'll let you know as soon as I get reply from them.

    Hi Welvin,

Its rectified itself. Sometimes there is a delay.

I'm going to have to make sure I'm not in that position again.

    Sorry about the rant.

    Hope you understand.

I'll keep an eye on it and let you know in a non-emotional way.

    Thanks for the response, Mark

    Forget the compensation ;-)

According to our developer, one of our redis server was overloaded but it is fine by now.

    Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
