submission not found in account

    Hi,

    I received an e-mail notification about a submission, but I don't see it online in my account.

    I tried logging out and in, but still it's not there.

    Can you help me out? Is there a delay due to some technical issues maybe?

    Could you please share us a screenshot of the email notification that you received? We will try to find it in our end.

    If the notification is received, then it is highly unlikely that it won't be in your form's submissions page.

    The only thing that I can think of is that the email notification came from a different form that may not be in your account or from an old form that has the same layout of the email.

    We'll wait for your response.

    In the mean time it did pop up in my account. I guess there was a delay of an hour or so...

    Strange, but it's solved.

    I'm glad to hear that you have finally found the submission, not sure though if there's a current delay in our end, we haven't received similar reports (yet). But we'll monitor that problem now. Thank you for updating us. Do let us know if you are still having problems on this.
