    Hi,

One of my customers is using an asterisk open source telephony switching platform. They are using a plug in on chrome to launch a jotform by using the specific url. (example https://form.jotformeu.com/53414053514345)

This url can have several id's such as incoming telephone number, agent id, etc...

Is there a way to have this information loaded in one of the form fields.

    Thanks for your help

    Kind regards

If I understand you correctly, you would like to pre-populate a field so that once the user open your form, there is already a pre-filled data on it.

You can actually pre-populate a field using the URL parameters. Please check this guide: Prepopulating-fields-to-your-JotForm-via-URL-parameters

Our developers also created an app that helps you prepopulate a fields easily. Please visit this JotForm App: http://prepopulate.jotform.io/

Hope that helps. Let us know if you need further assistance. Thank you.
