i want to set the alerting music/ringtone to be heard once i receive email from somebody

I understand that you want to set a ringtone when you receive an email notification for your JotForm. I believe this is something to be set with the email client program where your email account is configured. If you are using MS-Outlook, you may consider taking a look at the following guide to set/change the ringtone when an email arrives.

If you have an Android phone, you may install Jotform App and set the ringtone from the app settings when a new submission received.
