Form embedded in a Wix-based website is not showing on mobile devices

    I am having issues with some of the forms and lots of people saying they cannot access them on mobile when I embed them.

    I have checked your website on a desktop browser, and the form is loading fine:

    I noticed you are using a Wix-based website, and Wix serves a different page to mobile devices than it does to desktop browsers. However, I have just tested your page on several devices and it is displaying fine. This is how your website displays on an Android device:

    And upon scrolling down:

    It also appears to be working fine on iOS devices:
