    I have never heard of jotform and need to figure out how we subscribed to it. Please contact me ASAP!!

    I can't find an account with your current email address and nothing shows up when searching using your web domain. If you still have the email, please forward it to support@jotform.com so we can check it for you. I see that you sent us an email about this. I will make sure to send you a reply there as soon as we receive that email.
