Hi how can i add to contact form 3 e-mail adresses

i would like it to be like this:

    Contact us

dropd down list  with 3 options (3 persons titles) :

    option 1 (person1 name)

    option 2 (person 2 name)

    option 3 (person 3 name)

And  I would like that the person who wants to contact us, can choose what person he wants to contact, from the dropdown list.

How I have to do that ?

How to assign a different e-mail adress to  every single person from the dropdown list.

    Please help.

My colleague, abajan answered a question almost identical to this last night.

Here it is, it should help you:

    1. Load the form into the form builder and add the drop down in which the member list is to appear and label it accordingly

    2. With the drop down still selected, click the "Options" button in the toolbar and add the list of names, placing each one on a new line

    3. If the form doesn't already have a notification, create one

    4. Click the "Setup & Embed" tab and then click the Conditions button

    5. When the wizard loads, click Send an e-mail after submission > Next

    6. Next to "IF" select the drop down field

    7. Next to "field" select Equals to

    8. A drop down will appear with the first member's name already selected

    9. For "Then send" select the notification

10 In the email to box enter that member's email address and save the condition

    11. Click Add New Condition and repeat steps 5 to 10 for each member and save the form.

To better understand the above, here's a demo formClone it and view its conditions and email alerts.

That's pretty much it. Users of the form will not see the addresses to which the submissions are sent. If you need clarification on anything, please let us know."

Hope that helps , let us know if you run into any problems working through it.

Thank you very much it was very helpfull, but there is last one problem. I have choose a dark style for the contact form and now i should change the color of the field cause the drop down field is white also text color I would like it to be like the rest of the form where to find it and where to change it ?

here is how it looks like

this white color is ruining everything.

And also I would like to ask is there any way to make those fields non white after clicking on any field ?

Cause when I click on field name or e-mail or any other, this whole section is white I would like it to be  no clickable no white.

I would like to inform also that there should be an option where I can translate "clear form" to other language it will be cool. Like it is with send form.

Sorry for my english by the way.

I dont think we are going to be able to get rid of the white background of the default dropdown menu option.

You can however remove the white of the 'clicked on' field by adding some CSS, by following these steps:

From the Setup & Embed toolbar, click on the Preferences icon, select Form Styles tab and in the Inject Custom CSS text area, add the following:

    .form-line-active {background-color:transparent !important; color:white !important;}
