Unable to turn my form into a pdf

Just posted this private... didn't read all of it.

anyway... I have created a form, want to covert to pdf. Click on pdf, it goes into working mode, then nothing happens.

How can I get this form to my cllient? I need this today!!! Help... I don't know what I am doing right or wrong.

Don't know how to send it.. not on a web page
