Is it possible for the results of the form to be entered into my CRM database through an API key /fields?

    Hello,

    JotForm has Integration for a lot of services that will let you connect your form to those services directly from Form Builder.

    Answering your question: JotForm API will let you to connect to your form data and perform a variety of tasks, like get form submissions and insert them to your database. Though, this assume you have some programming knowledge.

    Basically JotForm has CRM Apps that allow Integration for CRM services like ZOHO CRM and SalesForce ect... If you are using one of those services simply integrate to a form and you good to go.

    If on the other none you are not using none of the Services Integrated with JotForm you can use JotForm API to connect you service with your Form.

    Another option you have is to use Webhook or enable POST data from your form and use PHP to access and insert them in the database.
