Can I have a thank you email sent to those who submit the form that includes a specific field value?

    Yes that's possible.

    1. First, create an autoresponder message https://www.jotform.com/help/26-Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder

    2. Create an email condition that fires up the autoresponder depending on the entered/selected field value.

    Click Conditions while on the form builder then select "Change Email Recipient"
