Is there a workaround for including a date field in a confirmation email?

    I am trying to finalize a form that includes {DATE:Date-US} in the confirmation email.  However, whenever I use this field it displays in the email with underlines, e.g. March_9,_2016.  Is this working for anyone else?  This used to work just fine in 2015.  I cloned a form and now it isn't working properly.

    Hello adea,

    I did test this date tag in one of my own form and I am unable to replicate the issue you are having. The submission email I received, displays the date correctly. Please check the screenshot below:

    I did check both the auto responder email alert you have added in your form and did not find any issue with that. It should not display any underline. Please share a screenshot of the auto responder email you have received and we will take a look.
