Paypal Pro Product Coupon Code doesn't apply

Hello!

We have sold a lot of event registrations using coupon codes through JotForms and never heard this one before. I don't have a lot of info yet, but I hope you can help, because it's putting us in a very awkward position: the number of partial refunds we've had to do lately have flagged us with Paypal. :(

They should be able to use the code EarlyReg201604 to take US$50 off the price. But for 2 out of 5 people it seems it's not working. And those are smart people, so I trust they're doing it correctly! 

Unfortunately, I can't duplicate their issue, and I only know one of them was on mobile. I will try to get more info, but in the meantime, can you spot any problems I should be aware of?

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

I did check your webpage where you have embedded your form and I am unable to replicate the issue. Coupon discount is applied correctly. Please check the screenshot below:

I do not see any issue in your form but as you said that one of your user having issue was on mobile device, I would suggest you to embed your form using its iFrame embed code. This will ensure that there is no conflict issue between browser scripts and other scripts of form. The following guide should help you how to grab your form's iFrame embed code:  http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code 

I believe iFrame embed code should solve your problem.
