    Can you help me download files from a form?

    HI Jotform,

    I am not able to download 2 files from Specialists Share Education - Marketing Material Review Form.

    It is say Failed-Forbidden.

    Can you tell me why & how I can download & save these files.

    I usually have no problem.

    I would like to apologize for any inconvenience this have caused you. Can you please provide us with the URL of the file where you encountered the issue? This can help us identify the issue. If it's happening on two particular upload, it is possible that the files are broken or the upload was not completed for some reasons(maybe internet connection issue) before the form was submitted. If that's the last submission on your form, can you try making another submission and try to see if you will have the same error when you try to download the upload from your test submission?
