when i save my form then "receive form reponse by email id" window is not open, what can i do...???

    I am not able to recreate that problem with a clone of your form. 

    I must admit, I have never heard anyone else report an error message like that before. 

    As a potential fix, can you please log out of your JotForm account, clear your temporary internet files, log back in and check it the problem persists? 

    If it does, it would be extremely useful to get a screenshot of the error message.
