I just started using Jotform, however I made more than 6 "Check Box" questions, I can only receive 4 "Check Box" questions and others is not showing. PLease help.
On my searches on your form, I found 5 "Check Box" fields and 4 of them are defined in the email submission (Notification), that's why you don't get the data from that one ("Salads").
