The name of site does not match the name of certificate?

    Hi,

    I have already tryied some tips from the forum, but could not resolve the issue.

    In some mobiles, it appears the warning message: "There is a problem with this site's security certificate. The security certificate presented by this website was issued for a different website's address."

    The server is: https://form.jotformz.com/jsform/

    Could you please, take a look at?

    Hi Rodrigo,

    When I checked the webpage you gave, I see the form has the following URL:

    https://www.jotformz.com/form/20541854793661

     

    The address you have shared on your post ("https://form.jotformz.com/jsform/") is the specified one for the script embed code, so without script embed code you can't use that URL. In addition, you can script embed code and leave only the iFrame. By doing this, you can overcome this kind of issues.

    Please, check it from the below to identify the code:
