    About the link source, is not from the Jotform code that I need.

    I used the iframe for include in wordpress pages.

    I need the link/url of the page I put the form.Exemple: page about the '

    Exemple: page about the 'palografico' test

    - I need to generate a duplicate form, alternate the title and copy the code to put in that page on wordpress to know where the contact are from;

    * I wold like to automate that, if this is possible: the form could be with the link of the page that i put it?

    If I understood you correctly, what you are after is to automate the cloning of the forms together with their title change.

    Unfortunately that would not be possible.

    You would need to clone all forms one by one at which time you will be taken into the form as well allowing you to change its title and its name (through Preferences).

    If you simply wanted to know on what page a form was shown, you could add the following widget to the same: Get Form Page URL

    This will return the URL where the form was opened on. I do suggest testing it out few times to see which results you get - based on what you need - which would allow you to see if that is what you were after.
