As I check your JotForm, I see that you are using the image links from DropBox. Hence, the images are not displayed on the form on the desktop also.
Are you able to view the images at your end or did you change the image URLs recently? Please try changing the image links that can be accessed using the direct link and see if the widget is showing the images properly on both desktop and mobile devices.
