Radio Button Conditions

    I have a conference approval form that has to be approved by several people. I think I have everything set up how I want but there's one issue I'm running in to.

    I have a radio button with 3 options: New, Pending, and Complete. When the employee submits the form it is defaulted to be selected as New. When the supervisor gets it they will change the status to Pending and then their approval section will appear, they approve and sign and it moves on to the VP. After the VP approves and signs it moves onto the CEO. Once the CEO either approves or denies (also a radio button) I would like the previously mentioned status to be auto selected to Complete. Is there a way to do that using conditions?

    I presume you are already aware of the edit link and the conditions to make a multi-step or multi-level form? 

    To set the "Status" to "Completed" once the CEO filled out the approval field in his own section, just use the "Update/Calculate Field Value" in the conditions.

    Here's how it is setup, basically what my condition is saying is that if the "CEO" approval field is filled out, then set the radio button field titled "Status" to "Completed". To set it to a specific option, just insert the actual text option of it. If you have option # 3 as "Completed" then insert the text "Competed".

    Yes that worked!! Thank you so much! I just couldn't figure out that all I had to do was fill in the actual name of the filed I wanted selected. I kept trying to use the ID name from properties. And yes, I've already got it set up as multi-step.
