Is there a way I can create a confirmation email?

We are having people register and pay for Sports & Art Camp. We would like to send a note so that they know it was received. I saw the thank you button but wasn't sure how to connect it to the form.

I understand, I believe you are referring to a confirmation or autoresponse email. Please create an Autoresponder email so that once your user completed the form, he/she will receive a confirmation or thank you email.
