How to sum values from fields and have the total sent to Paypal?

Asked by Garry Chisolm  on March 10, 2016 at 09:49 AM

I want to use this form on a church website for members who wish to give several different types of offering.  I want them to select and enter the amount they wish to give under the designations they want to give.  for example a member may wish to give to

    Tithes: $55.00

    Building Fund $43.00

    Youth   $12.00

    Total:  $110.00

amount to be charged using paypal would be $110.00

    can this be done?

If you can answer before 5pm today 3/10/2016 please send an email.

I think you've figured this out already. You have this form, http://www.jotform.us/form/60693772139161 and it's already configured to send the total to Paypal integration.

You need to calculate the values in the fields: http://www.jotform.com/help/259-How-to-perform-calculation-in-the-form.

You will then need to pass the total to Payment field: http://www.jotform.com/help/275-How-to-pass-a-calculation-to-a-payment-field

By the way, you are currently on a guest account. I would recommend signing up with Jotform. This way, your limit will be increased to our standard or free plan.
