how do we set it so i get responses to my email address? They only appear in the inbox in jotform

Is this the form (http://www.jotform.us/form/60674110698156) you're working with?
Your email is not in the bounce list. I did a test submission on your form. I checked the mail logs and it is showing that it was sent successfully.
I checked the email notifications settings and I can see that it is configured properly.
Please check your Spam/Junk folders. I would advise you to please check if there are any spam filters on your email program or email client. You can also try whitelisting JotMail IP addresses.
