The only way to resolve this is to make sure that the filters causing the emails to end up in spam on your side are removed or altered.
For some it might be possible for you to set up yourself, but for others you might need to contact your email server administrator.
When you contact them you should point them to this guide: Whitelisting JotMails IP Addresses
This will allow them to set everything up to have the email received.
Do also mark all emails in the spam folders as not junk - even if you are about to remove them afterwards as this will train your email client / email inbox to not treat it as spam afterwards.
