We are using Square Space for our website. We want users to input text information (item numbers, serial numbers) along with 1-2 images.  Is this possible with your product?

You can allow users to provide various type of files including images with the Upload field from our Form Builder. You can even limit the image size and/or restrict the formats allowed ( like .png .jpg ect.. ).

Take a look at the following guide: Upload-Field-Allowed-File-TypesChanging-the-Upload-Size-Limit.

Feel free to contact us any you need assistance.

Is allowing users to upload files part of the paid version or is it available in the free version?

    Hi Michael,

I also recommend you create an account so that we can properly provide you the assistance. Use this link to signup using your email account.

As to your question, FREE accounts also have the same features and functionality as the paid accounts. You can review more in the JotForm Pricing page here.

As you can see on the pricing page, they only differ in limits (i.e submission limits, storage limit..)

So Upload feature is also available for the FREE version.
