I cloned your form to test it and I see what you mean. When using image links or any link for that matter as a field option, it is indeed no longer possible to change the color for that option when building a visual report:
The color can be changed, however, the changes to do not apply to the chart:
I will forward this to our developers to have a look. Though, since this is a rather unique combination that causes this bug and it may not affect very many users, I cannot say how quickly this will be remedied.

I understand this is not currently working. That is why I created the ticket for our developers to have them look in to this. We will let you know here as soon as there is anything further information.

Your ticket has been assigned to a developer, however, since it is a rather specific issue, this may take a bit longer than usual to attend to. We do not have any updates on a fix as of yet, however, as soon as we do, we will let you know.

I have tested and seems like it was not fixed yet, you can not change the color of the answers if you are using HTML tags on them as you are doing, it is working when using this feature with answers where the options are on text only.
Regarding to the widget not appearing, I think this is not available yet, since widgets work in a different manner compared to the normal fields(check boxes, radio buttons, text boxes, etc.).

I will escalate it to our developers in order to know if it is possible to implement.
