How to get text area to show on submission form

I have a contractual agreement I created and there is a text section.  Is there a way once a client fills out their portion that it will send the text section along with the submission?  Right now, it only sends the information they enter.  I would love it to show not only their info but also the text area with the info they are agreeing too.  Please help.

I'm not sure if I understand your query correctly. Do you mean to add a Text Area field to your form? If so, you may find the Text Area field from the Form Tools section.

Okay. I believe that you are referring to your JotForm titled Breeder Agreement. I understand that you want to place the agreement text displayed in email/submissions view.

In order to view the text in the submissions view, you may enable the option to Show Headers and Texts from the settings so that the header and text fields are displayed in the submissions view.

If you need to display the text in the email notifications/autoresponder, you'll need to manually copy the text and paste in the body content of the email from the email setup.
