    Email Notifications: Why my email notifications stopped working?

    Hi! I used to receive Jotform submissions by email without any problem, but this stopped working a few weeks ago. I didn't change any of the email settings and they're not showing up in my spam folder, so I wonder if something else is the issue. My forms are here:

    This is because your email address is in our bounce list, the reason is below:

    554 Denied [a123fc65.0.6357352.00-2272.12241557.s12p02m091.mxlogic.net] (Mode: normal)

    I have removed it and you should receive your email notifications again, please follow this guide to prevent bouncing: http://www.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-setup-email-alerts-to-prevent-email-bouncing-related-issues.

    If you stop receiving your email notifications again, you may check and remove your email address from our bounce list, only follow this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-remove-your-email-address-from-bounce-list.

    If the issue still persists and you are using our default sender email address (noreply@jotform.com or noreply@formresponse.com) you will need to whitelist our IP Addresses, you will find this info on this link: http://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses.
