Time stamp seems to be 3 hours off?

We are using jot form to have an application for our nursing program and there is a cutoff time. Of course the applicants are submitting up until the last minute and we have denied people that it appears submitted their applications on time by one minute. Jotform however seems to be off in the database by 3 hours when I did a test send from one of the forms. I know this because one of the applicants forwarded their confirmation email showing they did send it on time even though the submission time in the reports says 3 hours later. Is there anything I can set to get this to display the right time? I am located in California and it appears your offices are in San Francisco so I am assuming the server time is not the issue. Please help!

Never mind - didn't know this is something that had to be set in the account settings. I figured it was automatic to my time zone. Thank you.
